David Thiak founded Ironclad Equity to bring international standards of technology and professional services practice to organisations operating in South Sudan and across East Africa.
He has fifteen years in information technology and business operations, working across infrastructure engineering, technical operations and the delivery of systems that have to run reliably under real constraint. That engineering foundation still shapes how the firm approaches every engagement: understand the system before recommending a change to it.
David has lived and worked in South Sudan and now works between Juba and Australia. That gives clients both genuine regional presence and access to international standards, methods and networks. He speaks English, Arabic and Dinka.
He leads the firm's technology, data and infrastructure practices personally and takes direct responsibility for its principal client relationships.
